| MICCAI 2020 Group Registration Discounts |
| MICCAI 2020 Organizing committee decided to provide discounts for group registrations coming from the same Lab, Company or institutions. Due to the GDPR regulations each individual needs to get registered to the conference. Once catching the stated participation numbers below, free registrations will be applied. For any questions please consult with the Registration office from registration@miccai2020.org. |
- For 10 registrations from the same Lab, Company and Institution= 1 free main conference registration
- For 20 registrations from the same Lab, Company and Institution= 2 free main conference registration
- For 30 registrations from the same Lab, Company and Institution= 3 free main conference registration

- Please note that the reduced fees are only for MICCAI 2020 due to the COVID-19 situation.
- Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the symposium are requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@miccai2020.org. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
- The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as "early registration" if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
- Registration Fees include VAT.
- You will receive your registration confirmation in 24 hours once the payment is received. Please note that it may take 1 week to receive your confirmation if the payment is made via bank transfer.
- To be eligible for the student rates, students (Bachelor; Master or Doctoral level) are required to produce up to date documentary evidence of their status by the time of the manuscript submission. Without this documentation, full delegate fees will be applied. For the avoidance of any doubt, post-doctoral fellows are required to pay full delegate fees. Students should send necessary document via e-mail to registration@miccai2020.org.
- Workshops are on October 4 and 8, 2020. To attend workshops on both October 4th and 8th, please select both dates and note that you need to pay the above mentioned rates two times.
- To be eligible for the member rates, participants are required to fill the code they have received from MICCAI Society regarding their membership renewal or you can pay your membership fee directly from the registration form in order to be eligible for the Regular member and Student member rate.
Conference Registration Fee Includes:
- Access to all scientific content and live sessions on 5-6-7 October 2020
Workshop Registration Fees include:
- Access to all scientific content and live sessions for satellite events.
Cancellation Policy - Registration:
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the MICCAI 2020 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@miccai2020.org.
- Cancellations received before or on 17 August, 2020 - full refund less $ 25 administration fee.
- Cancellations received on or after 18 August, 2020 - no refund
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of MICCAI 2020, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
