PRESENTATION GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION

Dear Presenters:

As the MICCAI virtual conference is fast approaching, we need you to upload your presentation material by Sept 15^th.

We will be using Pathable as our virtual platform, an invitation email will be sent to the presenter of your paper THIS FRIDAY (Sept 4^th) with login information. If your presenter does not receive an invitation email, please check your SPAM folder before contacting us.

We will need the following materials uploaded to the Pathable platform:

1. A pre-recorded video of your oral presentation: The format of the file should be .mp4 at 1080p, maximum file size 2 GB, and the length has to be at most 10 minutes.
2. A "graphical abstract" in PDF format (landscape, 16:9 ratio): maximum file size 25 MB. No embedded videos please. This will be shown at the beginning of the oral session when you present a very brief (<1.5 mins) overview of your paper.
3. Your camera-ready paper in PDF.

By default, your poster session is on the same day as your oral session. If your oral session is in the morning, you have been allocated a morning slot from 9:00 to 10:30 UTC. If your oral session is in the afternoon, you have been allocated an afternoon slot from 16:30 to 18:00 UTC.

If for some reason the time slot does not work for your time zone, or if you can only attend part of your poster session, please let us know by email (submission_support@miccai2020.org). Please indicate your paperID in the email.

Additional information about the platform will be provided as they become available.
